Fantastic service!! I came in with my elderly grandma who needed to use the restroom while I ordered. The young lady behind the counter insisted on helping us carry our meal back out to the car so I could assist my grandma, who has a walker. That kind of thing just happens so rarely and I was very thankful! The food was very good as well! I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but thank you -Gma El and granddaughter! View all feedback.

Good food, but I don't want to support a business that mistreats their employees. Lazy management team that does not jump in to help employees. They don't want employees to take a break after 9 hours. View all feedback.
We just went through the drive-thru at Hardee's in Virginia. The process was straightforward: order, pay, and eat. We don't often dine at Hardee's, but we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything moved along. The food was good, and our order was perfect, so I’d consider that a win!
It was a bit busy today on Friday at 10:30 AM. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was pleasant and prompt. Although there was a lot of trash, the staff was on top of it. I would definitely recommend this Hardee's.
I visited South Hill, VA, for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great experience. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was hot and delicious. I can't remember the last time I saw a Hardee's in Maryland. Kudos to the cooks and the cashiers for their excellent service!
Chicken biscuits are amazing! So good and big. (Tenders, juicy, fleshy, midday-sized chicken on breakfast biscuit . Thank you. And has such great choices! Hands down the best cookies everywhere!
The customer service at Hardee's in Emporia, Va. was way better than the one in Rocky Mt. N. C., where this franchise originated. The employees there were so friendly, caring, helpful and neighborly. My food was cooked fresh and in a timely manner. The taste was delicious and I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, in this restaurant. The ladies who worked there were lovely and absolutely, delightful. Stopping there was the surprise highlight of my trip down south. I will be back again.
