Domino's Pizza - Emmaus

They never called after delivery. the order back to the load taken and the order canceled. we waited for an hour after our order and called them. they wanted us to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get it so we can pick it up. when we arrived. the car was not very pleasant. the manager came out and he was really nice about the situation. I've never had such a problem before, and since 2017 I've ordered from there.

I am so happy I found Dominos on lehigh st. The young lady that works there was multitasking. She was taking orders and making orders all on her own. It's very friendly, clean, polite and also attentive to your needs. She was on time with the food as Iwaited patiently for all of it to be done. I felt very comfortable being there as I waited for my food order. She is a beast andby that I mean she was doing it all and not once did she look aggravated. No one beats this Dominos in Allentown PA in lehighstreet right across the street from the mall on the south side

This is the best Domino's Pizza location! I've been a customer since 2015 and order from here all the time. Their online ordering system is fantastic!

I had a very disappointing experience today. I hadn’t been to Domino’s in about a year (I really love their pizza), and I thought it would be a great time to treat my family to some with their 50% discount deal. I ordered two large pizzas online, and just a few minutes later, the tracker switched to "prepping." Shortly after that, I received a call from the store. They told me they were busy working on a large order of 25 pizzas and that mine would be delayed for about an hour. I was really upset. Do they only process one customer’s order at a time? If there’s already a half-hour wait, what happens to my order? I’m curious if this is a common issue or if it's just a one-time thing. Can’t they handle multiple orders at the same time?
