I have encountered racist behavior from a staff member at this truck stop numerous times, particularly at midnight. I've been ignored and treated rudely. This level of discrimination is unacceptable, and I urge the management to take action to address these issues and foster a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their race or background.
Lousy staff. Nearly empty lot and staff threw a fit that I parked at the pumps as there was no parking for trailers. I had intended to spend but I think I'll spend elsewhere.
I walked in about 7pm 10/1423 and sat down in a booth waiting, no service. Then three men walked in and sat down in the booth behind me. Someone came, took their order left, and didn't say a word to me , came back, served them their drinks left again, didn't say a word to me. Now, mind you, I've been in many times and wasn't busy last night . Terrible service this Saturday was very rude.. there were three waitresses...
