Was expecting the typical small town Missouri tex mex fair but Dos Rios went the extra mile, including such elements as avacado, cotija cheese, homemade tomatillo sauce and a genuinely delicious house-made salsa. Steak is often chewy at Mexican restaurants like these but Dos Rios steak was succulent. You can tell they have an eye for detail here. View all feedback.
What Kevin Purcell doesn't like about Dos Rios Mexican Grill:
Service sucked this time been here lots but if you order a beer savor it because it will be at least 15 minutes before they ask again sad too because we were the only 2 people in there that day ....so had 1 beer and left.... View all feedback.
Stopped in while camping. Nice little place. Extremely friendly service and clean. It was lunch, so we had a wide variety of food ordered within the group. The breakfast burritos were huge, and you got two. The lunch chimi was a little small. If the dinner one is bigger, I would highly advise you to go that route. Everything else looked good, and the peach margarita was great for a sweet drink. Nice place to stop if you're in town.
Friendly staff. Cute place. Food was really good and the salsa was fire ?. Cuz we all know we rate Mexican restaurants by how good the chips and salsa are!
Everything was great here!! The ataff are used to having new comers because of the trail rides and river floating! My seafood naxhos were very good!!
We have been coming to Los Rios for many years but this year we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. There were only about 8 customers total and yet 4 waitresses were standing together near the bar area just talking. There was a filthy cleaning towel and a bottle of cleaner setting out by the margarita coozies. Since you can see into the kitchen area you could see the floor was littered with chips, straws, etc. There was a broom and dustpan located in the bar area just waiting to be used! When we were being seated the young lady showed us to a booth. My husband declined as he needs a table for his knee. He also mentioned to her that there were several napkins that were wadded up under the booth. That fell on deaf ears as they remained there the whole time we were there. Also, more flies than we ever encountered at this establishment. on a positive note, the waitress we had (I believe her name started with a “Ch” , not a common name-sorry) was very pleasant and the food was served quickly and was very good.
