Amazing clam chowder, Italian soda, fish tacos, and BLT. Family and I have found our new mid-way stop between home and Tahoe. Can 't wait to try some of the other yummy looking menu items.

This burger really packs a spicy punch! It’s not just the usual chipotle or pickled jalapeños; it features fresh grilled jalapeños and real ghost pepper sauce. The restaurant is somewhat tucked away off I-80, and while the service was a bit slow, I still enjoyed my experience immensely. They also offer great coffee and Italian sodas!

Nestled off the beaten path, The Rustic Table offers hearty, flavorful meals in a cozy, rustic setting that many diners find charming and welcoming. Known for generous portions like brisket mac and cheese and tri-tip dishes, the restaurant also prides itself on accommodating special dietary needs with attentive, friendly service. While some guests have experienced slow service and cleanliness issues, many appreciate the warm atmosphere and the story of second chances behind the establishment. Ideal for travelers seeking comfort food and a relaxing stop, The Rustic Table remains a favored spot for satisfying meals at reasonable prices.

Delicious with friendly staff and amazing natural views. Grilled cheese sandwich with sourdough bread is amazing! The dipping sauce that comes with the incredibly seasoned roasted artichoke appetizer is to die for. Everything was made to order including fries and cappuccinos.

Really nice dine in with snow views back and front. Food was great! Had New York steak was done nice to perfection. The fire burger was awesome also. A travel stop added to my agenda. Customer service was also great. Polite staff.

Stopped for breakfast food at lunch time. Had the pancake meal with a black coffee. Service was great, as was the food. Sausage was very tasty, pancakes were fluffy and not too dense, eggs were good, and coffee was good. Worth a visit if your hungry!

Excellent food, friendly staff, and a beautiful view from the dining room. This place also helps people recover from crises. Our waiter was an example of how well these places can function. Very polite, sold me on a fire burger which was great and then a banana cream pie which, if we had room, would have been two pies. I'm finding it difficult to find a negative. We will be returning even though we live two hours away.

Hungry for a handsome meal?! Must stop! This tucked away gem is home cooking at its best. Breakfast portions are generous, coffee choices aplenty! Crisp clean spot with a beautiful back drop. Food clearly made with love. I've had MANY country potatoes but these are my fav! Eggs light and fluffy, salsa good, breakfast burrito excellent. Happy full bellies left this morning we imagine other menus items will be on par with the breakfast items. Not to mention the staff are pleasant and our server, Brett, was kind enough to share how this tucked away restaurant was designed to support individuals in their sobriety path. Clear to these travelers that this is place where ALL are welcome and food will nourish your bodies.

The guys that work here were so sweet and they worked so hard to make our large group (16) comfortable. Extra effort was made to accommodate those of us that have gluten allergies and for those that needed sugar free options. We all really enjoyed ourvisit. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and friendly.

Found this place looking for somewhere to eat on the way home from Reno. This place is very rustic but nice. Service was great and the story behind this place is the best. It helps by giving people second chances. The outside is splendid during thefall/winter. Absolutely beautiful. Food was plentiful and good. Tri tip mac and cheese was delicious as well as the Californiaburger with a 1/2 of patty.

Absolutely fantastic. What a surprise to find this gem of a restaurant in a desolate stretch of 80 freeway. The menu was incredibly diverse and all our dishes were amazing. The staff was warm and friendly and the prices were shockingly low! We willdefinitely be back!
