Mcdonald's - Emeryville

The ladies who work here are very polite. I usually come to pick up phones and sit outside to wait. A few times it was really slow and a few times it was fast. I just had to go in when the breakfast was over and my mobile order didn't come out for 30 minutes. But I understand they're busy and they were quick to get my order to me as soon as I went in and let them know how long I'm waiting outside. My orders were also 90% correct, which is a pretty amazing track record for McD's. Security people on site are also friendly.

Not sure if this requires a review, but who manages this place does a great job. Our orders (often specialty) are accurate and the staff is really nice about everything. I live in a house of 4 adults and we live around the corner. We're here a lot.

Always has a long drive thru, so the good is fresh. I just wanted to point out that the pommes are happy when you order the delivery. Would suggest not order any frits for delivery at home. Otherwise everything tastes great! Oh and I love the new spicy crispy deluxe chicken sandwich. It's better than Popeyes and Chick-fil-A.

They focus too much on the drive thru and neglect everyone else. there is nobody to take orders and nobody to serve takeouts/dineins. I ordered over the app in advance only to stand there for 10 mins for a large fry. it literally takes 10seconds to prepare. you get there, tell them your order, and then they?ll make it. completely defeats the purpose of orderingahead. they need to fix the system or hire more staff or something. I?m here for fast food and this does not make the cut.

I typically wouldn't leave a review for McDonald's. I don't go that often but I do have the app which is great for saving a few dollars. When I do need something quick to eat. I was able to get a quarter pounder medium fries and a medium drink for 6 bucks.They're the pretty long line at the drive-thru so I parked in one of the stalls where they bring the food to you. An older blackgentleman brought my food out and was super apologetic about how long I had waited which couldn't have been more than 5 minutes.Obviously taking pride in his job. Kudos!
