What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Ordered a blizzard and got a melted, overflowing cup without lid. Had a mess of my car in the time it took just to get the other item I ordered. Go somewhere else unless you like to pay for sticky ice soup. Service: Take Meal Type: Other View all feedback.
The service at the restaurant was outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We received exactly what we ordered, and the ice creams were delightful, generously topped. It was a hot day, but the air conditioning was cranked up, making it a perfect place to take a break!
Need to work on the customer service portion. Feels a bit chaotic in drive thru
The restaurant needs to improve its customer service. The drive-thru experience feels somewhat disorganized.
Just had a great lunch at this location! Excellent food and service.
My absolute favorite is their blt salads. Even better with the crispy chicken strips on it... so good you don't even need dressing!??
