What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Awful!! The order was ridiculously undercooked. The crust was limp and raw dough in places. The toppings were incorrect on one of the pizzas. In order to eat it it had to be put into the air fryer. My experience would have been much better if they hadn't mistakenly sent my order to someone else. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes to finally receive what I had ordered.
Typically, they do a great job and are polite; however, they placed a medium pizza in a large box and still charged us for the large. I understand that they might not have had enough dough ready, but the least they could do is not charge us for the larger size.
We order pizza from this place about once a month, and we always have a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is delicious. Typically, there is only one person in the kitchen, and even when they are really busy, they always acknowledge your presence and remain cheerful. I even ran into a delivery driver outside who greeted me warmly. Despite the sweltering heat, nearly 100 degrees outside and similarly hot inside, the team still managed to be friendly. I'm really happy to have a convenient option for pizza pickup, especially since we live in the country!
I will never order here again I asked for extra sauce didn't happen nevergot dipping sauce for m parm. Bites and the Buffalo sandwich was in several pieces with no Buffalo sauce. Like it didn't have anything on it!!!! What happen to you people!!!??? Never again I am done ordering from Emerado Dominos..wassad I brought the food back and he could careless just told me to reorder why would I reorder and pay again for bad food! So I went in and the guy working behind the counter to me to place a new order or leave for him mess up! Believe me as a manager of a restaurant I would never do that to a customer when in the wrong I will call corporate of Domino's tomorrow... and non handicapp people park in handicapp spots!!! Wow
After a long weekend of yard and house work, Dominos was a treat. We each splurged for our favorite specialty pizza with the 15% entire order coupon available in the app. I appreciated that our entire order was as ordered and they remembered to give me the marinara. Thanks for cooking so I didn’t have to clean up!
