We enjoyed the vegan three-course menu on the terrace and were thrilled. we enjoyed the varied composition of the individual walks incl. intercourse. the service staff was very busy and we felt very comfortable. in comparison to meat and fish dishes, the vegan menus are even very cost-effective – and do not care about everything in any taste and optics.

The service in the hotel is amazing, people are really friendly. rooms and wellness areas and the view from the panoramic deck is great. the basic choice for dinner is vegan or can be prepared on request vegan. there are also vegan choices to breakfast, such as vegetable milk, spreads, chalk, nuts, sweets, and be sure enough to start the day, but I would expect a bit more than just the basic from a hotel, too honest. updated by previous review on 2021 07 11

That will be my first and longest Google review that I write. who really want to have a real feedback should read the whole romance here. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy our stay at the hotel as we had imagined. we had booked 3 nights. a day before the departure to the Black Forest we asked if bademäntel are placed from the hotel. found that the hotel provider has advertised the wrong hotel in the travel portal! we were completely surprised because we thought we booked a hotel with wellness area. ende des liedes was: we had to pay more for the wellness area than previously booked, and now came to the hotel pfauen, instead of 9 linden . as a foundation that we had booked through a strange portal (travelcircus). the debt to the customers? because the hotel industry does not have to update where we have to pay even more at the end? advertise for us absolutely and comes an expensive. now to the mankos in the hotel, which we noticed: parking directly at the hotel, which were completely crowded. many then also stood as they wanted, whether there was a parking lot or not. the breakfast and lunch was included in the booking, where there were also drinks (coffee, tee). we ordered two tees at midday. in the evening for dinner, not to see, came the bill for drinks, where then the two tees were drilled for 3,80€ each, from lunch! we were absolutely outraged that we were not told that the tees were paid. at breakfast: as much as they want. but at ner suppe on the midday to write a total of 3.80€ for a tee and then not the bill of dinner is an absolute unding. we would have known that the 3,80€ for a tee, we could have avoided it. here obviously very three times the guests are pulled out the money. the circumvent of the service staff was also a journey for themselves. the dame of breakfast you could her bad laune, the ton was very forsch and not accommodating. at our only dinner in the hotel several tables were covered, we both set ourselves to a place. then the waiter came and said he wanted to kill us because they had a seat job. we were then implemented from a cozy couple table to an uncomfortable wall corner bench, with the basis that it was much more beautiful at the fireplace. our first table was also at the kamin, and the sweat was at the causation: the kamin was not made at all! no idea what the sense behind this sitting order should have been, other guests could also observe, sit down where they wanted. we now come to the wellness area for which we had to pay extra: the bademäntel is obviously not washed. we noticed that the badges were full of foreign hair. super disgusting experience. the saunas and the pool were all quite small, there were not many lying possibilities to relax. the whole thing seemed uninviting and minimalist for us. to ask a whole 25€ per day is absolutely undressed. they get much more of it for this price in real thermen. only the panoramic sauna convinced us. that was really great and the look was beautiful. but also here we were not allowed to rest: the anterior smells really disgusting after welding. Among other things, there was no rubber mat on the sauna floor, so that they burn when entering the feet. also very unpleasant. Conclusion: for that living absolutely in order, but all others are thirsty, unhygienic and unharmed money.

I was very welcome and felt all around well. I would like to offer the service staff and the restaurant manager a special praise! very friendly and accommodating. I want to come back.

A hotel with special flair and level! arriving, let go, recharge their batteries and feel calm! we could feel each time during our hotel stay in the hotel. I was there only 1 week ago (it was the 3rd time. the first time with the family, this time with a friend and it was just everything from the first minute back totally beautiful. whether at the reception at the reception or spa, restaurant service and other hotel area. from all sides, you are very welcome and personally welcome, on an unstructured and accommodating art and wise, so that you can feel clear as a "willing gast"! the rooms are beautiful and well maintained. hiking trails through the beautiful black forest landscape are easy to reach by foot directly from the hotel. the crowning conclusion of a successful wellness or hiking day is given in the evening in the restaurant. under the guidance of cunning gonzales with a well- played team, the restaurant gives its guests fantastic feel-good moments in culinary delights. herr gonzales accompanies its guests with elegance and professionalism, many fingertips and empathy through the culinary evening. he masters with taste and skill any situation also at high stress level, as we could experience it in the past when the hotel was fully booked. every guest can feel with him king! I can recommend the hotel to everyone.
