They often don’t answer the phone, which ma... read more I give this restaurant 2 stars because the staff is usually very friendly, but they consistently get my order wrong. They often don’t answer the phone, which makes it difficult for me to address any issues with my order. I ordered the new garlic fries but only received a large fry and two small ones instead. I also ordered three 10-piece chicken nuggets but only got two. I ended up spending over $30 and didn’t even get what I wanted. It seems like they gave me someone else's order, as I received two extra chicken sandwiches that I didn’t even ask for. It was so much food that I ended up giving it away to my family.

So I ordered a crispy chicken with ranch, tomaten, salat, I see I go cheese and speck. I also asked that she not romaine salat, but salat salat. I had a 2 m-minute conversation with the editor about whether they are Asiango cheese or not. she said she was from Asiago cheese. I asked what the white piece would be in the Mozzarella chicken picture, and she told me gouda, so I said well that that. I also ordered 2 junior bacons, a French frit and a chocolate frosty. I once stressed in the window to give me not romaine salat, because who wants to eat a sandwich and bite into a large rib in the middle of the salat. I asked for salate. the manager assured me that they no longer wore Romaine fat sauce and all they had was regular iceberg sandwich fat latetuce. I'll get my food and drive away, I wanted to eat my food and safe enough that there was romaine salat on all three sandwiches. And the crispy huh had mayo, and American cheese even with the 2 minute talk about the type of white cheese they had or not. I went back to the drive-thru where the worker told me that they had no white at all and all they had was romaine lettuce. I was fabulous. Of course, it was a terrible experience when they had to communicate everything they had to do, what they really had at the beginning, instead of giving me what they wanted to give instead of what I wanted. and if they couldn't take it, they would have said it in one of the six minutes I was standing in. I love wendy’s, but I will think about going back to this.
