Train Station - Elyria

Some places never change, and this is one of them. Elyria is a charming little bar where you can relax and unwind. With three billiard tables, clean restrooms with multiple stalls, and reasonable prices, it's a great spot to visit. If you're not looking for anything too fancy but still want a good time, this is the place to come.

This is a popular local spot for gatherings. It's definitely a bar, not a bar and grill or anything else. It’s conveniently located near the station, which adds to its appeal. There are plenty of seating options at the bar and around the venue, including a lovely terrace with an outdoor bar and a partially enclosed area. There's ample space outside for setting up cornhole boards provided by the bar. Inside, you'll find three pool tables, two dartboards, and options for lottery and Keno. The drink selection is decent, featuring a variety of seasonal and popular beers on tap. As for food, the choices are limited to standard bar snacks and frozen pizza—it is primarily a bar after all. There are numerous TVs for enjoying sports, especially during the season.

I was glad to be outside after the streetlights came on due to the COVID curfew! I have noticed some issues during my visits, such as broken glassware and short stays. It might be beneficial to have a more professional security or bouncer team, along with a firm but courteous manager who can engage with the customers and help diffuse any situations. There have been quite a few incidents during my recent visits, and addressing these could improve the atmosphere and keep the place thriving.

Always love this place so clean. Had a hard time getting food was always busy not enough help on busy weekends otherwise when we get food hot and well served.
