Description

Panera Bread in Elyria offers a clean, well-lit environment with ample parking and friendly staff who provide efficient, welcoming service. The coffee stands out as a highlight, although the new dispensers can be tricky to use. The menu features a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries, but gluten-free options are limited. Soup quality and portion sizes drew some criticism, with complaints about bland flavors and high prices. Customer service experiences varied, with some guests frustrated by slow service and order issues. Overall, a mixed experience combining positive hospitality with areas needing improvement.

I would rate Panera three stars primarily because of their excellent service. The young lady at the counter deserves five stars for her friendliness and efficiency. I ordered a bowl of swirl soup and a bowl of chicken noodle soup, which cost me $17.50. While the soups were decent, they lacked sufficient protein. Overall, I believe the portions are small and the prices are quite high for what you get. I won't be returning.

Has not received a complete order. the entrance was held so that I did not get any compensation for missing items. very insecure. I have to think twice before I return.

Worst Panera I've ever been to! My daughter and I stopped in this morning for 2 bagels. Both were flat as pancakes and still raw in the middle. We paid $5.98 for bagels that should have been discarded and never been served to paying customers! Shame on you Panera!

This Panera is very clean, including both the restaurant and the restrooms. The staff is friendly and capable. However, there aren’t many gluten-free options on the menu. They serve a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries in addition to their bread selection. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the location is easy to find. The large windows allow a lot of natural light. The coffee is excellent, but the new coffee dispensers are frustrating—they tend to spill everywhere and are not user-friendly, especially for those who are vegan. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we will definitely come back.

Ordered 2 cups of soup broccoli cheddar ....it was horrible! I'm so disappointed! It tasted like it cooked all day and night! and at 6 dollars a cup! They need to do better, first ever! My soup was bad.
