When... read more By far the worst service ever. Wanted to get chips with my meal, and the lady at the register said we can’t give our chips they are for mobile orders only. When they had a counter full of chips. Lady had a terrible attitude and said if you have a problem with it you can speak to my manager. That is terrible customer service. The girls name was Elise.

Once inside I was met with A-line that wrapped around all the way to the door. Then I hear a manager yell out to the crowd waiting that it will be at least 15 minutes that she was not going to do any running and then she went over and to appear to take a break as she's sucked on her Coke. So I waited about 10 minutes and then I hear the same individual belt doubt that we have no steak or another ingredients that it would be an additional time at this point it was fruitless to stay any longer. I will be back because I love Chipotle's but will try the online next time apparently there is no customer service at indoor counter.

In addition, I ordered a kinderquesadilla that ended only a cold tortilla with cold cheese. we tried to correct the situation, but no one helped us on some wise. it takes a lot for me to give a review, especially a negative one. I understand that the things happen, but that is unacceptable that nothing was to standardize and nobody could help us.

I've used the app in the past, and it worked well this time too. I can never finish my burrito, so I always have leftovers to enjoy the next day.

I brought along a list, and the staff who prepared the food executed everything perfectly. However, I think you could improve by posting clearer signage to help guide guests to their destination.
