I went in and asked for a cinnamon sugar pretzel at 8:35. Was told I could only have the sticks because they were closing soon. What kind of service is that? Only in Elyria and Google says they close at 10! Never spending another dollar there.

This is my favorite stop for when I want a hot pretzel and a frozen lemonade. The staff is friendly and courteous.

After a long drive, my family and I were eager for a quick snack, but our experience at this Aunt Annie's was very disappointing. We ordered two large pretzels and three cups of nuggets, but everything we received was overcooked and lacked flavor. When I placed the order, I specifically requested two cups of nuggets, yet the cashier only gave us one. When I inquired about the second, she informed me that they were out. I found it frustrating that she didn’t mention this when I was ordering. Instead, she ignored my question twice. Aunt Annie's, please make sure your staff is well-trained in how to take orders and prepare food properly. The service and the pretzels left much to be desired.
