I’m sure she serves hundreds of customers each morning. This kind of dedication results in a fantastic customer service experience from someone who clearly takes pride in their work. I wish my experiences at other coffee outlets in the station were as enjoyable as this one!

It's definitely better than Costa! However, it's a pity they don't offer chai lattes.
