Just had a build your own burger from here and dirty fries. Most definitely the best burger I've tasted! Was cooked and delivered to me well before my delivery slot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Phenomenal food. To me presentation is important and the food was delivered very fast with the burgers looking maybe even better than advertised. Would reccomend to anyone. Absolutely spot on

I placed an order on food hub on Sunday just gone. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before I called just to get an idea of the ETA to be told the machine was on silent and nobody even knew my order was sitting there. I was obviously disappointed as it was literally 2 burgers. Don’t get me wrong, the lady on the phone was super friendly and apologetic but had I not called who knows how long I’d have been waiting. They got the order out to us and you could see it had been rushed. I loved the donut burger last time but this time it was in a bun way too small for the burgers and the burgers had been flattened down so much, probably to cook it faster. And the burger itself was sat in a puddle of icing. There was nothing on top. Last time it was in a bun with a hole like a donut, the burgers actually fitted in it and they had clearly been pre prepared as the icing was set and they were very nice. Yes they gave us 4 chicken tenders by way of sorry which were actually very nice, but the burgers were terrible and the service was bad.
