When collecting it they said it w... read more Having looked at the menu on their website online I ordered a Chef's Special for two costing £27.95 over the phone to collect. When collecting it they said it was £29.95 as they had put the prices up, despite me pointing out the website price they would not honour it at all. It was only the next day did the website prices go up. The staff I dealt with were surly and rude as well, which I had not experienced before in many visits there. With the apparent downturn in customer service and not honouring published prices a return visit will not be happening. Before this I had recommended a visit to all, not now.
