Lincoln Square Family - Elwood

I walked in to pick up my pre-ordered food from DoorDash, but they completely ignored me and took the order of another customer instead. When they finally acknowledged me, they asked why I was there. After I showed them my order, they only gave me half of what I had ordered. It took them an eternity to serve the guy who had ordered before me. What should have taken about 10 minutes ended up taking 40 minutes for a small order. Save yourself the trouble unless you have plenty of time to waste.

5 Stars!!!!! The food and service here are always outstanding. My whole family makes it a point to stop by whenever we pass through Elwood. The staff is friendly and very polite.

Good food, clean restaurant, lackluster service. But that's just the way it is these days, no matter where you go. The days of good customer service are dead.

Great local diner with fantastic breakfast and lunch fare. The various club sandwiches are delish, as is the chili/grilled cheese in the winter. Haven’t had a bad breakfast yet! The service is warm and friendly.
