Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Elwood

The blizzard was really melted and extremely unlike usual Dairy Queen. Ordered the strawberry cheesecake LARGE and there were about 3 pieces of cheese cake right at the top. The bottom was pure ice cream and it was melting. When I showed the employee, he was really rude about it and said that this is how they do it. Unfortunate really was one of my favourite ice cream shops.

My kids enjoy getting blizzards from DQ after we go to Chili's down the road. They taste great, just menu items are expensive for the amount you get. We went through the drive through which is a huge plus in my book.

Food was good and customization followed. However not only was the blizzard half melted upon arrival, it also had an ill fitting cover (which looked like an upside down plastic cup vs an actual cover so it didn 't seal anything) which was tilted off and the liquidy ice cream dripping all over everything. Very disappointing.

I pd. 40 for a med. Blizzard and 16 for pops and only recieved the med. Blizzard and 1 pop for 40 omg 1 pop for 5 children awaiting them .

A wonderful ice cream store located in East Northport. When ordering from the take out window, it's hard to understand what the person on the other side of the microphone is saying. Reminds me of the old NYC subway systems. But they serve great blizzards so there is not too much to complain about.
