What Milo Reichel doesn't like about Cherry Island Golf Course:
I'm brand new to golf and drove an hour to get my first row of golf clubs because Cherry Island had a lot. It was confirmed several times via the phone that I would pick up the right set. They gave me the clubs in the box and when I came home, they were the left clubs. They also told me the wrong price, about $100 lower than what was revealed on the phone. We had Burger n Brau... much less expensive and just as good as other restaurants that offer the same name! External seats with a view of the practice green and beautiful oak trees. It is very juicy, humble and stress-free order. And the best part, caught Negra Modelo!!! Definitely for more!
It's a really nice course but if your trying to prepare for a tournament out practice for something like the player ability test call ahead first so that you can find out there best time to go it solo otherwise you'll be paired up with people who might not be on the same level skill wise
Experienced the bar and grill area for a baby shower. Def older but nice space. Bartender was cool. No major complaints.
Gina the bartender is such a sweetheart! Had paint night there and had amazing service and it was super fun! 6 stars for sure 110% on service definitely a go back! Can't wait to have fun on in the green!
Unbelievable. The credit card machine was down and I was directed to the ATM, with an insulting $2.50 fee. Then I try to get a gin martini to find out they only had some sort of cheap label house Gin. I ordered a BLAT and a very nice Cook came out to let me know they didn 't have any avocado, so the price I paid for the sandwich wasn 't fair. At the end I got a bottle of Pepsi out of the fridge, but they told me it was $3.50. I said hey, no avocado and ATM fee. Can you work with me? The answer was the rules are the rules. I won 't be coming back. You know, I like to go to golf courses for lunch because of the service, but this was a bad experience.
