Sonic Drive-in - Elverson

Store 6884 Saturday 4/20 7pm . Elverson, PA. Ordered a chili cheese dog no mustard. Got a hot dog with no chili. Repeated my order twice. Went to bring the hot dog back (drive thru open, no walk in and no drive up service. was reprimanded for walking up to drive thru window. How else could I address the order? 1 Cherry Lime and 1 strawberry limeade had almost no fruit and no flavor. Waited another 15 minutes for it to be remade. Again got yelled at by girl with head set. Waited another 15 minutes to get my drinks. Approached the window to find the drinks sitting on a counter and the girl with the headset and another girl sitting down with her. disrespectful girl. Had a headset on. Brought back round 2 of drinks which was the same as the ones I had returned. Asked to be reimbursed and got attitude from girl with headset. Took another 10 minutes to get our money back. Such a bad experience. I fine it 20K thumbs down

Waited almost 30 minutes for cold hot dogs!Ordered 2 hot dogs via in-car service. One foot long Coney and one plain hot dog. Took 27 minutes for them to bring the order out. The hot dogs were cold. The cheese and chili on the Coney was warm but the plain hot dog wasn't remotely warm and you could tell the Coney dog itself was also cold. Never again.

The burgers and fries were very good, Brought directly to our vehicle. They also have onion rings. Easy to order.

Spent 20 minutes in drive thru waiting to place order never did.
