1st time in idk how long I ate at Roy Rogers....10 years, 15? Had Double 'R burger (cheeseburger with ham or Canadian bacon) ...Pass it often on PA TPK I-476 inside the rest area...Fixin 's bar still available. A perhaps slimmed back version? Had some horsey sauce and tried the BBQ sauce. The later was more like A1. Meh! Can 't go wrong with Horsey sauce.Later that night, also stopped at the McDonald 's in my home town. Guess which was surprisingly better? RR ????

Bought the 8 piece chicken family meal last night . Chicken was dry cold . Food quality at Roy Rogers has went down hill . Don't waste your money . Never again will I stop at Roy Rogers . The prices are ridiculous also .

Stopped in here for the night after a long day. Decided on having the 8 piece chicken family meal. It came with two sides. We chose mashed potatoes and coleslaw. They said they didn’t have coleslaw. So we chose beans. They said they didn’t have beans. Okay well then macaroni and cheese. We don’t have any. For goodness sake then what do you??? Why didn’t you just tell me my choices to begin with. The chicken was over cooked. UghThe condiment bar was empty. The managers phone was glued to his ear the whole time he was assisting us. Put your phone down and do your job. Get your staff and restaurant in order.

Last time I stop here to eat. This place was a decent spot to stop in the past, but has become bad. Bacon cheeseburger and fries burger was over cooked and dried out, wasn't even warm as evidenced by the lack of any melting of the cheese. Fries were lukewarm and soggy. But worst part was you couldn't get a human to wait on you if you were using a credit card. They refused and told people to use the ordering station. No thank you.
