This Dunkin’ delivers standout breakfast staples—flaky croissants, fresh donuts and timely sandwiches—alongside drive-thru and takeout convenience, pet-friendly touches and generally attentive staff. However, service reliability is uneven: understaffing, locked doors during pickups, wrong orders, occasional rudeness and inconsistent drink preparation have left customers frustrated. In short, excellent baked goods and quick convenience clash with recurring operational and staffing problems—worth trying for the food, but expect variable service.
As much as this particular location is convenient to our residence our coffee is 90% of the time wrong. I wish there was some place else to go but for now we suffer through because we never find out if it's wrong until I get home because I'm usually ordering two or three coffees to bring back for others. Waited 30 minutes to get my order in. Some guy was unhappy with his order and said it wasn't made right, then someone took my order brought it back and they expected me to take it??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I am a frequent customer at this point, and usually have a good experience, but this morning the donuts were stale and the Decaf coffee tasted terrible as it was for a long time. Very disappointed.
Common breakfast. I had coffee and a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The staff was nice.
I usually don?t get Dunkin? because , it?s usually 1 out of 5 times I get what I want. This case was no different. I asked for a iced caramel Macchiato and I got what tasted like a run of the mill iced vanilla latte from a cheaper spot. No syrup at all, nosugar. Wasn?t asked if I wanted sugar or whipped cream. Another disappointment.
