My husband and I are a trucker and is so difficult to find open places to make an order, so I call to ask if we can get our morning coffee, and the Gil was so sweet and beautiful to take my order and say, come over to the window, we here to help you! What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I am a frequent customer at this point, and usually have a good experience, but this morning the donuts were stale and the Decaf coffee tasted terrible as it was for a long time. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
As much as this particular location is convenient to our residence our coffee is 90% of the time wrong. I wish there was some place else to go but for now we suffer through because we never find out if it's wrong until I get home because I'm usually ordering two or three coffees to bring back for others. Waited 30 minutes to get my order in. Some guy was unhappy with his order and said it wasn't made right, then someone took my order brought it back and they expected me to take it??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I've had some ok experiences here, but this last one finished it for me! Coffee was the worst I've ever had! Tasted like water with a little bit of flavoring added, no coffee flavor at all! The employee half heartedly tried to make it better, but failed.
