nice welcome, very attentive service. there are profis at work. good wine and food recommendations, even outside the menu. the time intervals between the courses were perfect. the stone-butt was a dense. the portions were so that they were filled. the tiramisu to the conclusion rounded off the whole. we'll be back. Had dinner there with some friends. The food is nothing too special, and it's very expensive. The staff is very impolite, and I'm definitely never going back.
We were with a group of 12 freu the for the first time to eat here. service and wine selection were okay. also the appetizers were good. the main courts have unfortunately more or less disappointed. schnitzel looked like convenience food in the friteuse fried, small and dry. the kartoffels to the spargel had already standing a skin from long. the sauce hollandaise had to be mammied twice, then it was only lukewarm. most of us ordered the specificity of the house, tagliatelle alla sean connery, with a lobster sauce, flow cancers and shrimps. the sauce was taste new, even salt was missing and the two shrimps were dry and hard. the proud price: 16,50 €. none of the tellers was nicely arranged to expect it from these trips. in the rheingau there are every amount of better restaurants.
I have been there more often and so far it has always been quite good! yesterday I was very disappointed by eating as well as the service! the day offer bouillabaisse was not a highlight! the service..
Very beautiful Italian restaurant with large seating in the open and cozy tables inside. we ate antipasta and drank a good red, whose name I have forgotten: (the main dish called sean connery was one of the best I have ever eaten, noodles with lobster sauce, big gambas and crabs well prepared!
