It's also r... read more Great Vibe and atmosphere. Third Chapter is the place you want to hit up when you want to have a sit down, take your time and meet up with a friend. It's also right in the heart of Eltham where you feel amongst it all. I also recommend trying to get one of their window seats along the perimeter with the super comfy chairs. The coffee is just ok and could improve. The food is tasty and the menu is quite expansive giving a great selection which caters from brunch right up to dinner dishes in the evening This place ticks many boxes and i will happily be a cafe regular here.

A wide variety of choices with both sweet and savoury options, catering for vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, gluten free etc.Venue was very full during our visit, but wait time was still very reasonable. A lot of people coming back with Victoria's eased COVID restrictions. Wait staff were friendly and very helpful.Interior decorations were lovely with plants, wooden tables and ceramic and glass dishware.Prices were on the higher side but for the quality and display of food it was well worth it.Highly recommend for brunches and dinners. Will definitely be coming back.

Friendly and welcoming staff, service was very good. The salt and pepper calamari salad was very nice. I can’t wait to go back! Will definitely recommend Third Chapter to friends and family.

I often come here with friends and we share the Veggie Chapter, Super Fuel Salad for lunch or one of the Chargrilled Skewers for dinner. We sat in... read more We are a brunch family and experts at the smashed avocado scene. Recently we went to Third Chapter after changing from The Common which I didn't like. We sat in outside in the autumnal sun surrounded by dogs, friendly people and good. The waitress (wish I got her name) was fantastic and so helpful. Service was good considering how busy they were. Drinks in say 5 minutes. Food in 15 after ordering. <br/ Fresh wholesome food. The big breakfast I saw two guys eating was huge. <br/ Then today I took my daughter here and we had the most lovely saganyaki with figs plus the 600grams of chicken wings and two iced chais. Everything was lovely. This place has found a great formula for attracting a variety of people. Good takeaway, cakes and slices. Dine inside or out. Dietaries catered for. <br/ Good parking which is free. Wheelchair friendly. Toilets are clean. High chair is available. <br/ Highly recommend. <br/
