The quality and consistency of this fish and chip business is excellent. I've eaten here many times and the level on which these guys work is extraordinary. Crispy, freshly broken potato cake every time, delicious fresh thick filled flakes, crispy onion rings and even...Gluten free options available a few days... Fish n chips at their best my friends. what could you want more?

Perfectly good fish and chips, crispy delicious food, beautiful freshly cooked chips. Everything very quickly prepared. There are many fish and chip shops in our area, and this is a good one.

These fish and chips are the best in Melbourne. Fish fresh, chips perfect, service happy and friendly. Family favourite.

Research Fish Chips really are the best in the Research/Eltham area. Chips are nice, flake is generous with no thick, coated on crispy batter, potato cakes and dim sims are nice. The calamari rings are the best, so fat and juicy, a very generous...serve. Souvlaki is ok, nothing to rave about and not much lamb. Burgers are nice. Compared to any fish chips in Eltham, it's worth travelling that little bit further to Research. Staff are friendly, they have Gluten Free options, Eftpos for orders over $10 and a good range of food/snacks to choose from. Gets busy on Friday/Saturday nights and the phone rings non stop. Parking can get limited during busy times.

Its not my closets fish and chip shop but its certainly the best and only one i go too. In fact, i will go there now....
