Dunkin' - Elsmere
Dunkin'
Description
In recent reviews of a popular local café, customer experiences have varied significantly. While some patrons expressed frustration over quality control issues with both food and beverages, citing dry muffins and poorly made drinks, others praised the friendly and attentive service. Loyal customers highlighted the staff’s ability to remember their orders, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps them coming back. However, dissatisfaction with management's handling of complaints has led some loyal visitors to reconsider their patronage. Overall, the café appears to be at a crossroads, balancing positive customer relationships with quality and service frustrations.

The quality of the bagels has declined since the restaurant has new management, as they are consistently stale and tough.
Stop in a couple times a week for a Boston Cream Donut for my 79 year old mom who has Alzheimer's. It's a treat for her after a day at adult daycare. To often they are out of Boston Creams by 2:30 when we stop in. Today they still had them. Got home to find the donut just tossed in the bag, no paper around it as is customary. For $1.49 for a donut one might think at least could have it protected? There are 2 other DD within a short distance, I'll go out of my way to avoid this place in future.
I am extremely disappointed and want a refund for my order. The coffee cake muffin I received was not up to par - the top was hard and crumbling, and the muffin itself was dry and tough. I would much rather have the Lemon pound cake instead.
