we were in winter 2022 with a larger group there for green coal. my experience: never again! the green cabbage was totally salted. in fact, the meat inlay will certainly choke enough if they cook them together with the cabbage - that does not seem to happen, otherwise they would not have to salt. the served pink and the cook were ok and are not contested. the cassler and the spectra were however a catastrophe. the ti...
