Who remembers, or rather doesn't remember the famous Yamato in Ixelles? A true Japanese Ramen, widely attended by Japanese visitors to Brussels. I'm going to be honest, it's been a year since Shigenobu Kato the leader of the Menma created this second restaurant, but I haven't found the time to come and test it yet. Shigenobu, wished to remain in continuity with what made the success of the Yamato. Shigenobu Kato who uses 100% flour in Menma, uses 100% Japanese flours from the Kotobuki brand.
