What User doesn't like about Dolma:
restaurant to try at least once in his life, even if like me you are not vegetarian. take the self-service buffet at will. The Tibetan atmosphere and decoration charmed me, the kitchen is correct but not of extreme finesse either. View all feedback.
Let's face it, eating gluten-free can be a challenge. If a restaurant like Dolma advertises gluten-free options on their website, one would expect them to know what ingredients are used and to be aware of what contains gluten. Hearing a coworker ask, "Is there gluten in rice?" is concerning. The owner claimed that 3 options were gluten-free, but it turned out they actually contained gluten in the form of nuts. This is not acceptable - it's like serving cookies to someone with a peanut allergy without telling them. If you don't know, it's better to be honest rather than lying about it. If your business is promoting gluten-free options, you should be informed and respectful of those who cannot eat gluten.
I was very surprised by the atmosphere, varied and delicious meals.

Let's be honest, having to eat gluten free is a bummer. If Dolma is going to advertise gluten free options on their website then you would expect them to at least know what their ingredients are and what contains gluten. Hearing a staff member asking eerm... is there gluten in rice???... is a bit disconcerting. The owner claimed options to be gluten free which were not it's fine, it's just nuts, it's not got any of your poison in it'.... actually, it was biscuit crumbs. Or just eat round it' erm... if you had a peanut allergy you wouldn't go telling someone to just lick the salt off would you?!! If you don't know something, just be honest and admit it rather than lying through your teeth. If your business is food and you're advertising gluten free then at least know about it and respect people who can't eat it!
Good quality food, much research however, a little expensive.
