.in a dark and rainy night following the Christmas luminaries we arrived in this hospitable inn where we could get some excellent typical dishes sipping of the excellent beer...the innkeeper was very friendly and helpful ..
What Vilma Cormier doesn't like about Die Ramsau:
we were with the children on Sunday. the outside seats were pleasant and offer much shade under trees and sun umbrellas. none of us enjoyed the meat dishes, even though the children had fled with riders on their wankers. the pommes were...ok the salat with cheese was also ok, but many baked kartoffels had instead been fried. Actually, we just wanted to shave here for a short time, drink and eat a cake. first felt of three waiters who, in the fully equipped garden, rushed two in principle did not have responsibility for ordering and gave the one who was obviously responsible for ordering. the drinks came very fast. the cake came only after over 30 minutes, when we wanted to break up again and disorder it. to the demand, why an already finished cake takes so long to answer the chefin to such unfriendly and snippy way that I will no longer go there. she said that the bons all come in the order of the row into the kitchen as they are ordered and also processed in the same. she can't pick up any cake. with other words, depending on the occupancy of the local, each dish needs the same length, whether it is only an salad, a suppe or a cake or a freshly cooked main dish. then we were taught by the declining dame that one already learns this system in the folk school. that may be useful, but it is certainly not in an outing room.
Restaurant in the middle of the mountains, a nice place with a lot of atmosphere. inside it is beautiful, cozy, sin that the smoking room is very frequent and the smell goes everywhere. very high prices for such a lonely restaurant that should better welcome customers. and amazing, you can not pay with credit card or ATM! good but very expensive dishes.
Very friendly service. Eat well. the traditional food properly prepared, simply a delight. very recommended.Birder garden wonderful original...Gerne again.
The ramsau has many transformations behind it. have stayed gassiness, very good floor-to-ceiling kitchen and reasonable prices. in the summer, the gastgarten also attracts large companies among the top trees. as a march is recommended the geohistorically unique teaching and viewing path of glasenbach / elsbethen which leads through the glasenbachklamm directly to the gas house.
