I was never given a refund.... read more Update: I recently made a visit to this location and not only did they not have my order ready...which was mysteriously never taken. I was never given a refund. Did I mention that during my visit they had no acting manager? The cashier instructed me to take a screenshot of my purchase and wait till his (non existent) supervisor was able to take a screenshot as well. Still waiting on that refund. Not going to hold my breath. Even though that is literally considered stealing. The excuse given was that the register had crashed and they replaced the receipt paper. So no orders came through. The staff is undertrained and poorly coordinated. Corporate needs to be notified that this is an ongoing problem. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As I waited there was an employee giving all his... read more No fries, orders coming out 30 late. I waited 30 min after ordering, only to be told I gotta wait 30 more min. As I waited there was an employee giving all his customer buddy's and girls he found attractive free drinks and fries yet us other customers had to wait for fries to be cooked. Not the first time I've experienced this. I go every 2 weeks and see the same everytime. Service: 1
