An inconsistent neighborhood chicken joint, where hit-or-miss food and sketchy service clash with occasional praise for the kitchen. Patrons report dry or tough chicken, disappointing biscuits, frequent menu shortages and items sold out before closing; cleanliness and staff attitude are recurring concerns, with stray napkins and straws often forgotten. A few employees are helpful, and limited dine-in and takeout are available, but late-night reliability and overall consistency remain problematic.

The service was quick, but that's about the only positive thing I can mention. The chicken, sides, and biscuits were all stale and dry. For $30, I expect something fresh. I won't be returning to this location.

And no apple turnovers because the machine never heat it. And they didn't told me in advance. After all I get my money back??. Because I told them.
Went to buy chicken at 09:00pm , just to be told at entrance that they don't have any chicken to sale. They had one couple eating at the place. Not sure if was their friends, cz only had chicken for them when they close til 10pm!!End up going to Churches Chicken.They already close earlier than the rest, might as well close at eight.. so at least the employees aren't on the clock, while not attending clients.Was going to be a take out.
There's always two to three employees working and they take forever to get your food done .
Horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for a 12 piece tenders with 3 pieces missing. Girl at the drive thru was extremely rude and exhibited zero customer service skills. I wasn't given a receipt either.
