It's a typical environment: a truck stop for gas, both fast-food options, and probably a few other things nearby. Since I can't stomach the other brand anymore, I prefer this one. I'm always trying new things, partly out of curiosity, partly due to a lack of options I usually take but can't get here, so sometimes it's not as tasty as usual. The staff I've dealt with have been friendly as usual, but since it's a fast-food option with annoying ordering machines and number assignments, it obviously doesn't deserve 5 stars for service. Far too many tables aren't properly clean, although being too busy isn't an excuse, as there were plenty of free seats and it wasn't all that crowded. And the overall atmosphere has never given me any reason to stop in for any other reason, except when I'm on the go and want to move on quickly.

The parking detection system consistently issues fines if you exceed the maximum parking time of one hour. This apparently also applies during regular opening hours if you are inside the restaurant. In my opinion, this is a definite no-go unless you're just popping in to grab a quick burger.

When we politely asked the ladies if they had perhaps mixed up the sauce, we immediately received an arrogant No! That 's right! We politely pointed out again that the terminal said Raspberry Cheesecake Sauce. To which they replied, No, we don 't have that, we have this, and turned away, rolling their eyes. Customer orientation/friendliness equal to ZERO. A real shame...

It's obvious that the restroom is for customers only, but after I paid, I had to ask three times to have the door opened, and then they said it in such an awful tone. Really terrible service. The food itself was okay, though.
