Do not recommend. Usually come for Harvey’s and decided to try something different. Paid $28.22 for one meal, took 24 minutes for it to come, chicken was cold and was missing my sauce, coleslaw and roll.Will never order here again. View all feedback.
Very busy place, order miscommunication, but quick redemption from the amazing Team of Staff!
Even when I ordered ahead and arrived 2 minutes before pick up time, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. They seem very slow and disorganized. I love Swiss Chalet but this restaurant needs to pull its socks up. I should add its not the first time here nor the first time disappointed. Here is hoping to better service.
It’s been 45 minutes since we placed our drive thru order. Had to go in the store to inquire. Staff had no idea where our order was. We were very patient, but this was very disappointing.
No one in the drive through and still waiting 20 ins for food. Pathetic
Food was not as advertised extremely small portions!
