We decided to try Palm Pizza for the first time and were extremely disappointed. I ordered a thick crust with extra sauce, but received a thin crust with extra sauce instead. They also forgot to include my dipping sauces and two free drinks that were part of the special. When I called to complain, they apologized and promised to make a new pizza right away. My husband and I just ordered from Palm pizza and we both agree it's the BEST pizza in town and the service is great! We are definitely going to be regulars.
They have the best pizza in Elmira. When we have family parties we order from them. Our whole family like it too.
This pizza is unbelievable! Homemade! Lots of cheese and toppings! I would highly recommend it. It is a family run business and the owners are very generous. The pizza is so filling with the toppings, you don't need to order as many to feed a large group.
Wonderful taste! Friendly crew ,they look like some Italian people "happy go lucky". They are making amazing pizza. Pizza dough and a tomato sauce is maybe homemade . Something is really special, totally different .That was a treat for my family.
It's my opinion that they have the best pizza in Elmira. They could add a little more tomato sauce though. The vegetarian pizza is made to order in about 15 minutes. The best deal are the slices but they rarely have a vegetarian slice ready made. Turn left on Oriole parkway off Arthur st. S. if you're coming from Waterloo.
