Ordered 5 items, with no other cars in the drive thru and they somehow messed up my order. Missing 1 burger which I paid for and they messed up the burger I did receive. Went through the drive-thru on a Friday evening. There were about 10 cars ahead of me, so I debated on going somewhere else. Decided to wait, and I was happily surprised at how quick and efficiently I was able to get through.
