What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
We have been to many locations throughout the state of NY. They only get our order right about 60% of the time. Also they frequently run out of favorite items by 9AM!!. Compared to their competitors like Tim Hortons or Paula's Donuts or even Tops and Wegmans I place them in the very bottom due to the smallest donut size as well as the least amount of filling AND glaze. Quite literally every time I come to this Dunkin’, something goes wrong. They always burn my sandwich, and that’s if they haven’t given me the wrong sandwich. How does a power breakfast sandwich with turkey on the side turn into a sourdough sandwich? I’d understand if it was once, but every single time I go there? Not cool. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
The staff is excellent, but I tend to avoid going when it's crowded because the other customers can be overly loud and happy.
The service by the workers was friendly. The coolata she made was the best I've had there! However, the coffee tasted like the bottom of a burnt coffee pot.
