Your fruit... read more I really enjoy coming here. The food is consistently delicious and freshly made right in front of you! Every sandwich I've tried has been fantastic. Your fruit lemonade in the summer is amazing, and they offer large portions. The staff is always polite, and I never have to wait too long for my food, even during busy times.

After placing my order, I was told to sit and wait for my... read more I really enjoy the food at Charleys Cheesesteaks, but the new pickup system leaves much to be desired. After placing my order, I was told to sit and wait for my name to be called. That’s fine, but the noise from the fans, clanging spatulas, and conversation echoes off the high ceilings, making it hard to hear. I thought I heard a name similar to mine, so I approached the counter. An older man with a moustache kept pointing toward the wall and saying, "Ma'am, over there!" which left me confused. I wasn't sure if I needed to go to the far corner. After taking a couple of steps, I heard the lady call a name again, but it wasn't mine. Just as I started to walk away, the man called out, "Stacy? I thought you were Stacy?!" and threw his hands up. I explained that I couldn't hear him and thought he said my name. I understand that he might not enjoy his job, but taking it out on customers isn't fair. A screen displaying order numbers or at least a loudspeaker would greatly improve the situation. When I finally received my sandwich, it didn’t have the toppings I wanted. I’m sure it was just a misunderstanding, but after waiting 20 minutes, I didn’t have the energy to ask for changes. That said, the sandwich still tasted good.

Every sandwich I've tried from their menu has been fantastic. Their refreshing fruit lemonades in the summer are incredible, and the fries are top-notch. The staff is always courteous, and I never have to wait too long for my meal, even during busy times.
