Located on East 14th in Elmira Heights, Bell’s is the best place for your morning “pick me up”. The locals know to “resist corporate coffee” and to wait in a small line at Bells. I would have given five stars, if not for the three young girls f bombing and other cursing. Every other word out of their mouths is F.c.. it's very off putting. If I weren't meeting someone here, I would leave and never return. There are eight of us in here over 50, and we don't appreciate the filthy language. View all feedback.

Great environment and selection. Very creative drinks and menu items. Better than corporate coffee!
Great coffee! I like how the grinded fresh beans from one of their coffee's on the shelf for me. I will stop here again.
Ambience is wonderful. The place is so cute, with adorable pink wallpaper. They also have some board games available for borrowing. I just wish they have longer business hours. :
