I visited this restaurant for the first time for a birthday party, and it was a great choice! It has a nice, lively atmosphere in Elmhurst. They offered some excellent top-shelf bourbon, which was a real treat. The service was impressive as well; the bartender and waitress were always on the move, making sure everyone was taken care of!
The holiday decorations are wonderful! The bartenders are fantastic. There's a Touchtunes for entertainment, which is a nice touch. It has the authentic bar vibe that I really enjoy. I noticed some promising weekly specials, though we visited on a Saturday.
This bar tolerates homophobic and racist patrons who disrespect others. My friends and I were looking for a local spot to enjoy, and at first, I liked the laid-back vibe. There were six of us, including the bartender, but everything quickly changed. After ordering my drink, I headed to the restroom. While I was fixing my hair, a woman suddenly slammed the double doors as she walked toward the patio, almost hitting me! I went back to the bar and told my girlfriend what had happened. She mentioned that a similar incident had occurred to her, but she hadn’t thought much of it at the time. Now we realize it was intentional. As queer Latinas, we felt increasingly uncomfortable, and I started recording on my phone just in case things escalated. While waiting to settle our tab and leave, an older white woman, clearly a regular, approached us and apologized for her rude friend. She mentioned that they prefer to keep the doors open. The bartender, who had been outside smoking with the group, heard her apology and joked that she was scaring away his customers. It was evident that they were regulars, yet the bartender never asked the rude woman to leave. We decided we would never return if this is the type of environment they allow.

Really great atmosphere and lighting! Service was good, music and vibes were also good. Just wish they had a better selection. Saw a picture on one of the reviews that had a few different ciders on there but it must have been old bc when we arrived we were told it was just beer or high noon seltzers. Other than that though its a real nice spot, definitely worth checking out! :
