Francesca's Amici - Elmhurst

Great experience all around. My family and I came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. The service and food was awesome. Each of us ordered a different entree and all were amazing. Can't wait to go back!

Food was very mediocre. Not the same Francesca Amici 10 years ago. Main entree was super small and very expensive for a pasta dish. I have celebrated my daughter's communion and confirmation there and I had very fond memories with great food. My experience yesterday 6/29 celebrating my birthday was such a disappointment. On a positive note enjoyed Salvador who recognized me from 10 years ago.

Food is always good. My hubby I both had pasta with sausage vodka sauce. Started with carpaccio Caesar salad. The issue was our server. Second time he waited on us. So slow both times. After you finally order he never comes over until you are done. After the 3rd course he comes over asks how is everything so far. So far? We are done eating. Last time we went same thing. Manager had to step in to help cause he was folding napkins. And it was not busy at all. We will dine here again but we will not have him as our server. Other servers were more attentive.

We had a fantastic time at Francesca's! The server jose was on top of everything and very nice. 2 managers a male and female stopped by just to make sure we were having a good time and the food was amazing. Is nice to be treated like family in a restaurant a thing that Francesca's has not forgotten!

Underwhelming pasta dishes, Vodka pasta was an orange water fest. Took 1 and a half hours to get our food. Bunch of little kids running around and a bunch of high prom girls getting high in the bathroom. Gia Mia’s instead of this all day.
