The cours... read more I recently visited Elmhurst for the first time and had a fantastic lunch! They offered a $25 lunch course, and the portion size was just right for me. The course included Antipasti (soup of the day and bruschetta), an entree of your choice from the menu (which had a great variety), and dessert (either tiramisu or choux). Everything was amazing, and I couldn’t believe it was only $25! The pasta alone on the menu was priced at $20. The food was excellent; I enjoyed every dish served. I will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very inviting and lovely—perfect for a date or a family meal! They also have outdoor seating available. The waiter was very kind, and the food was served quickly. I absolutely love this place! Bene!

The decor is beautiful, and both the restaurant and restroom were spotless. Our server was attentive and very helpful. I would give it 4 stars, though, because the cocktails felt a bit overpriced, with some costing $18.

Having been to many luncheons where seating arrangements become chaotic, it was refreshing to see the tables reserved for family members, with extra tables prepared for additional guests. This attention to detail ensured a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone involved. The servers were not only attentive and efficient but also demonstrated genuine care and concern for each guest. They promptly took drink orders, offered refills, and checked in to see if anyone needed more food. Their kindness and warmth were truly appreciated during such a difficult time for the grieving family and friends. What particularly stood out to me was their attentiveness in turning down the music during speeches, ensuring that everyone could hear the heartfelt words being shared. This level of consideration is often overlooked, but it made a significant impact on the overall atmosphere of the event. Overall, I cannot recommend Francesca's highly enough for hosting luncheons, particularly in times of sorrow. The staff's genuine compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail helped create a supportive and warm environment for all in attendance. Their dedication to ensuring everyone was well taken care of was truly commendable and did not go unnoticed.
