My family chose the Chop House to celebrate a birthday. We opted to dine outside and were given a choice of tables. Our server introduced himself and brought a basket of bread. You could tell that he was an experienced server, but service was extremely slow. It was a Monday night, and somewhat busy, but not full. Servers are very courteous and very efficient. The steak that I ate was soooo good!!

Steak was not cooked as I wanted it, but overall it was pretty decent and staff was nice about it, and offered a discount

Worst customer service ever,waitress rude as could be

I didn't know what to expect when I booked my reservation for my first date in awhile due to covid restrictions. I was nothing short of impressed by the swift service and crafted recipes they had to offer. Our waiter was very patient, friendly and also provided us with many options to choose from throughout the night without making us feel pressured to take her up on any of the offers.
