We regularly eat Chinese food and have it at least once most weeks, but this was the wor... read more We just moved to Claygate and thought we would try this local business. We regularly eat Chinese food and have it at least once most weeks, but this was the worse we have ever experienced. Chow Mein tasting of burnt flavour and black on the bottom. Chicken fried rice that was really boiled rice, with a few chicken chunks and peas thrown in. Salt and pepper ribs that were soggy, undercooked and vile. Hot and spicy soup that was like gravy. We could of lived with the small portions, if it was edible but this was shocking really guys why bother to open if you can’t be bothered to do a proper job. We called and expressed our displeasure but not once did the lady apologies but just tried to insult our intelligence and tell us this is how Chinese food should be ! Such a shame a local business can not do better and be humble enough to apologies when they clearly get it wrong. Suffice to say we won’t be going back and will order better, cheaper from people who want our business on Just Eat.
