I walked in from the auto dealership across the street, only to discover that they don't accept inside orders. I had a similar experience during the pandemic when I was told I could use the drive-thru instead. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. View all feedback.

The kid in the window was more worried about keeping his sunglasses on than serving our order. He took our card and didnt give us a total. So we asked him what the total was. He said our total like he was annoyed that we even asked. We knew the total, wewanted to know that he was charging us the right amount. After he hands us our stuff, he says Is that it? What do you mean, isthat it? Your only job is to make sure that we get the correct order. I know he was barely old enough to be working there in thefirst place but it 's poor management to have improperly trained staff. The order was right though and the food was decent. I 'mstill disappointed in the quality of service today. That kid, I know his name but he looked like he was barely 15, did not haveANY sort of professionalism or desire to be there. That falls on the management at the local and regional levels in my opinionwhich is why I rated them 2 stars.
I ordered two large hot regular coffees, but my wife was given one that was barely warm and actually cold. When she went inside to address the issue, she was met with a dismissive attitude. The cashier took the cold coffee, set it aside, and then walked away. Fortunately, another employee noticed that the cashier wasn’t getting a replacement coffee and took the initiative to help us out.

I arrived on my scooter and intended to place my order inside, but I discovered that they weren't accepting lobby orders. As a result, I had to go through the drive-thru, which was a bit challenging. The coffee was decent.
