We had a large family 10 ppl celebrating a graduation. On a Friday evening it really wasn't crowded, they seated us immediately, all the selections were hot n fresh. The hostess kept our glasses filled. She even gave candy to the 3 kids. Definitely plan on going again. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, brought our 3 kids extra candy to the table. View all feedback.
What Pikachu Pokemon doesn't like about Ruby Buffet:
There are not many choices of food. Although it was 1pm, they only had one plate of sushi, which was very badly made. The most unbearable thing was to find insects in the food. View all feedback.
She didn’t serve me at all. And she pushed me to give her tip which is writing suggesting in receipt. She says if you don’t give tip then don’t come over here. When tip became mandatory? It’s discussing. I said this thing to manager and she just said ok sorry. Is this your customer satisfaction? Also sushi was bad, another foods were bad. Didn’t like at all. They made rice instead of sushi

August 2nd my husband and son went to eat here and I was hoping that the food would have been better than the last time which was a long time ago. First things first it was very hot in there and the manager was saying something about whatever was going on with the air conditioner which didn’t make sense because of the seafood being exposed to heat. The food was horrible. I had chicken on the stick which was very dry and no flavor, there were no snow, crab legs as advertised, the Dungeness crabs taste, spoiled, very fishy and dry, the fish was hard and tasteless. It wasn’t many sushi selections to pick from and I was very skeptical About eating some that had raw fish because of it being so hot in there. The Cajun seafood had slices of sausage in it and the person that’s putting the food out. Didn’t know whether it could take port chicken or whatever it was. The only thing that I really enjoy was the fried fish . I was very disappointed in Ruby‘s buffet after not being there for a long time. I was hoping that this time it would’ve been better. I will never go again and I will not recommend Ruby buffet in Cherry Hill, New Jersey to anyone. My recommendations for Ruby buffet would be in Philadelphia on Columbus Boulevard , I will have to travel all the way to Philly just to have a decent meal. Last, but not least the waitress asked my husband to give her a tip. And none of us seem to have really enjoy the food.
Very typical American Chinese food. Quality of the food is ok, but it doesn’t taste very authentic. The dessert options are good. I would not recommend the sushi.
Everything tastes the same The same oil, and seasoning are used for everything
