Despite the chain's reputation for predictability, the employees at this Subway are known for their exceptional customer service, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor. While some negative experiences were reported, such as issues with online orders and unprofessional behavior from one staff member, overall, customers appreciate the warm and helpful staff at this particular Subway location in Ellington.

Clean and had veggie options
This was the first time I was in this store. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only disappointment was that the place was not clean. Tables had not been wiped down and the bathroom was just ok.

Only problem is no Sweet peppers. I hope it's not a permanent change. Was nice and warm when we walked it but then the air conditioning kicked in and made it too cold to eat in. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
