Slow slow slow and to make it worse, the orders come out wrong or they give you the wrong orders. They need better organization and inventory control. It seems like every time you go they are out of ingredients.
The staff are amazing. They always get my caramel iced coffee perfect! The staff are nice and professional.
I don't understand how Dunkin' Donuts trains their employees. One person knows how to make a latte properly, while the next person has no clue and just puts syrup in a cup with milk and coffee, which is disgusting. If they don't know how to make something, they should simply admit it and suggest something else. It was 6:15 on Monday, September 11th, and the service, drinks, and attitude were all terrible.

This particular Dunkin' Donuts consistently falls short. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel sandwich, but the cheese wasn't melted. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told they never melt the cheese, which I later found out was untrue. On another visit, my egg was overcooked and green, the donut holes were stale, and the iced latte was lacking as well. Every time I go to this location, it feels like a waste of money.
