Cartecay was a cozy place to stop on a Monday afternoon for some wine. They were not terribly busy but did have a few visitors. Terra was very nice with explaining the wine. They have a lot of things to entertain kids. The area is much larger than it seems and they have things like hammocks outside. It was a very relaxed setting. View all feedback.
Tara JJ were awesome! Great wine, great atmosphere, great conversation. We came in 30 minutes before closing and they were very hospitable and friendly even after a busy tough weekend, but next time we’re coming early so we can hang out longer.
Oh. My. God.First off- Terra? FANTASTIC woman who knows her way around wines. Almost like she eats, sleeps and breathes this. The environment is very homey and humble up on this beautiful vineyard, which might I say, is the most full and voluptuous vineyard I have ever seen. Most I go to look dry and wiped.I’m a sweet wine gal, so naturally I got their two whites called “Georgia On My Mind” and “Muscadine”. Both are so delicious I had her mix both in the same glass.Amazing on their own. Amazing together.A place you can’t miss it you’re visiting Ellijay, GA.
We came in for a bachelorette celebration. Everything was fantastic! We enjoyed the live performance by Andrew. Most importantly, Terra and Heather made us feel welcome with their warm service and bubbly energy. They really made the place feel like home : great service!!!!
Loved this place cute and very welcoming. Beautiful scenery ?
Such a versatile place, you can bring your family to and enjoy the vineyard or you can have a relaxing getaway with your significant other. Not to mention, Alease takes the best care of us every time we come in!Love this hidden gem!
